My experience with Jan was excellent. She was always available and able to take care of every detail in the process of selling my parents home. Her professional contacts were top notch too. This made the process of preparing the home much easier and less stressful. Jan’s advice and staging helped get immediate attention and led to a great sale.

Jan has helped us buy and sell 3 homes over the years, but she is not just our realtor, she has become a trusted friend to my wife and I and we highly recommend her. Jan has always gone the extra mile and does all that she can to make buying or selling a house as painless as possible. Janice Cidzik is the most professional person that I have ever met in my life, male or female. Sometimes she works seven days a week, giving each client the feeling that she is working just for them. She is an amazing Sales Associate. When I think of Janice Cidzik, I think of something that former President Donald Trump said in an interview. He stated that he hired some of the brightest women for his companies and his cabinet, because they were killers. Janice is in a class all by herself.

Everything went according to plan. Jan was on top of the whole deal from day one. My sister and I couldn’t be happier with the way she handled this sale.

Jan was amazing - she was energetic, helpful, and genuinely made it feel fun hunting for houses. She remembered all our preferences and the little things we liked and disliked about houses during our search. She helped us through every part of the whole process and answered all our questions.
